A public parking ramp is located next door to Centre Plaza, at the corner of State and Henry Streets. The entrance is on State Street. For your convenience, there is a pedestrian bridge, at Level 4 of the parking ramp, that connects the parking ramp directly to Centre Plaza, without the need to walk out onto the streets or sidewalks. Free parking in this ramp is provided while you are at The Law Office of Alfred Paniccia, Jr. Also, metered on-street parking is available.

- NY Route 17 West to Exit 4S [Binghamton].
- Merge onto NY Route 7 South.
- Beyond the first traffic light exit onto a ramp marked “Robinson Street”.
- At the end of the ramp, continue straight to the second traffic light, at Henry Street. The Henry Street intersection immediately follows 3 railroad overpasses.
- Turn right onto Henry Street. Travel about 0.7 miles, to the fourth traffic light, at Chenango Street. Centre Plaza is at the corner.
- Turn left onto State Street.

- Merge onto NY Route 7 West.
- Travel 2.2 miles on NY Route 7 West.

- At the end of the ramp, continue straight to the second traffic light, at Henry Street. The Henry Street intersection immediately follows 3 railroad overpasses.
- Turn right onto Henry Street. Travel about 0.7 miles, to the fourth traffic light, at Chenango Street. Centre Plaza is at the corner.
- NY Route 17 East to Exit 72 [Front Street].
- At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Front Street.
- Travel 0.7 miles on Front Street to Clinton Street. The intersection of Front and Clinton immediately follows two railroad overpasses.
- Turn left onto Clinton Street. Travel to the first traffic light, at Water Street.
- Turn right on Water Street. Travel to the first traffic light, at Henry Street.
- Turn left onto Henry Street. Centre Plaza is on the right, just past the first traffic light.
- Travel east on the Vestal Parkway, toward Binghamton.
- In Binghamton, the Vestal Parkway makes a big left turn, and becomes known as State Street.
- Continue on State Street, to the third traffic light, at Henry Street.
- Turn right onto Henry Street. Centre Plaza is around the corner, on the right.
- Travel into downtown Binghamton, on either Main Street or Court Street, to a traffic light at State Street.
- Turn north (left if coming from the direction of Johnson City; right if coming from the direction Kirkwood) onto State Street. Travel to the first traffic light, at Henry Street.
- Turn right onto Henry Street. Centre Plaza is around the corner, on the right.
- Travel toward downtown Binghamton, on Front Street, to a traffic light at Clinton Street.
- Turn east (left if coming from the direction of Broome Community College; right if coming from the direction of Riverside Drive) onto Clinton Street.
- Travel to the first traffic light, at Water Street.
- Turn right onto Water Street. Travel to the first traffic light, at Henry Street.
- Turn left onto Henry Street. Centre Plaza is on the right, just past the first traffic light.
